MGB Roadster photograph : A rubber bumper MGB Roadster up for sale at a Tatton Park car show. These later Bs lost much of the original B's purity of line mostly due to the huge safety bumpers that were nailed on to satisfy ever-tightening US safety requirements. The increased ride height also does little to endear the standard rubber bumper MGB to diehard fans when compared to the more classic looking earlier chrome bumper Bs.
